This is a beginner's guide - a chance to explore how to use gardening as a therapeutic activity and meet your clients specific needs.
The aims for the day are for participants to gain an insight into horticulture and how gardening can be beneficial for peoples physical health and emotional well-being. To have a chance to explore the role of the therapist, understand how STH can meet individuals specific needs and how gardening can be made accessible and inclusive.
All course materials and handouts are included in the course fee.
Registration and coffee is at 9.30am with the course starting at 10.00am and running until 4.30pm.
