Using social and therapeutic horticulture for young people with educational needs

This two day course will help you match horticulture activities to the individual needs of young people while meeting the requirements of the national curriculum and provide you with the necessary information, skills and practical techniques to use horticulture activities when working with young people who have special educational needs.
As a participant you will learn more about how social and therapeutic horticulture can be of benefit and you will gain the confidence and skills to implement your own horticulture programme.

Refreshments, a light lunch, all course materials and handouts are included in the course fee.

Registration and coffee is at 9.30am with the course starting at 10.00am and running until 4.30pm.

The price is £320 for statutory organisations and £270 for individuals and voluntary organisations.
